Shipping policy

Once you have successfully paid for your order, the goods will be packed and ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days. Most orders are shipped the next business day, but during holidays, vacation periods, or periods of increased workload, shipping may take up to 3 days. (If your order is particularly urgent, please contact me in a way that is convenient for you!) All orders are shipped from Vilnius. Your order should reach you within 1-5 days, depending on your location and the delivery method you choose. Although delivery times may vary, I assure you that I will do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping within Lithuania is available via AB Lietuvos Paštas (registered mail, priority shipping), LP Express, or Omniva self-service terminals and Omniva courier services. International shipping is only available through AB Lietuvos Paštas (registered mail, priority shipping).

The shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose.

Note If you choose delivery to LP Express or Omniva self-service terminals, be sure to provide a valid phone number. When placing your order, select the LP Express or Omniva terminal that is most convenient for you (the system will allow you to select the parcel terminal in the last step, after payment). Once the shipment has been delivered to the selected self-service terminal, you will be notified by SMS with the door unlock code. If the shipment is not picked up within 7 calendar days, it will be returned to the sender.
