It is very important to me that my knits bring you joy and, instead of lying in the closet, are actually worn. If the color turned out not to be what you expected, the model did not fit, or you need a different size, please contact me.

To return an item, you can contact me by email (ramune.juzikiene@gmail.com) or by phone (+370 604 01 607). Of course, I will ask you to provide the order number and will be curious about the reason for the return. I will gladly accept back unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unaltered knits that have retained their commercial appearance and have tags. You can exchange or return a purchased knit within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery in Lithuania or within 30 calendar days in the European Union and other countries. Money is refunded within 14 business days from the date you received the item.

Items can be exchanged or returned in one of the following ways:
- Sent by registered mail to: Ramunė Juzikienė, Rygos g. 52-45, Vilnius, LT-05272, mobile: +370 604 01 607.
- Sent to the “Omniva”, “LP Express”, “DPD” or “Venipak locker” parcel terminal “Vilniaus NORFA Rygos paštomatas” (Rygos g. 49, LT-05203, Vilnius), mobile: +370 604 01 607.
- Delivered to my studio in Vilnius at Savanorių pr. 174 A (visits to the studio are possible only by prior arrangement!)

k.N.itty has the right not to accept an exchanged or returned item if it is used, without tags, or damaged, if its exchange/return period has expired, or if it was made or modified according to an individual order.

IMPORTANT! The costs of shipping/delivering exchanged or returned items are paid by the buyer. Only the amount paid for the item is refunded. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
